Gallopade to Launch New Digital Curriculum Experience

Updated: Apr 17, 2020

Gallopade is excited to announce the upcoming relaunch of Gallopade Curriculum Online, the digital platform used by thousands of students, teachers, parents, and administrators as an essential component in their social studies instruction. To help elevate the user experience, Gallopade has partnered with EvoText, who specializes in developing customized digital educational products in the K-12 market. The new instructional platform will be available for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year.

“With so many Gallopade customers transitioning to blended learning and digital instruction, we want to continue to raise the bar on the digital experience that we provide. You can expect all aspects of the Gallopade Curriculum platform to be improved, including the student and teacher interface, and data reporting for administrators and teachers,”says Mike Longmeyer, President of Gallopade.

The new online experience perfectly supports the interactive, small-bites approach Gallopade is famous for. While content will continue to align to state standards, the upgraded system will help provide teachers with insightful reporting to improve the effectiveness of instruction. Alignment, usage, and performance data will be available at the class, school, and district level. In addition, users will have the ability to assign and customize lessons and assessments.

"We quickly identified that the creative and technical teams at EvoText shared our passion for innovative, educational strategies that help all learners succeed. Increased student engagement and personalization will greatly boost student learning and success as well!” said Gallopade publisher/director Michele Yother.

The new Gallopade Curriculum Online will launch summer 2020 and roll out to all Gallopade Curriculum states - Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio, Louisiana, and Virginia - for the 2020-2021 school year. Gallopade will continue to offer free training and professional development to customers.

Throughout 2021, Gallopade plans to add more interactivity and gamification to the platform, engaging students as they learn about social studies and history. Learn more at www.GallopadeCurriculum.com.
